I’m a strong believer that every entrepreneur should have a business plan, even if they don’t need funding. When you write a business plan for yourself, you can get really creative; it can be a vision board, a collage, a flow chart…whatever works for you (and maybe your staff). If you’re starting an online business that you can run from anywhere, your plan will probably include a lot of the concepts we’re discussing in the 30-day blog challenge – because you’re setting up a business for YOU, so you can live life on your own terms and have a business that supports those dreams.
So today’s question is:
What are my three priorities for the next 30 days that will move me closer towards living life on my own terms?
Don’t be afraid to shout these out to the world (like I’m about to). Doing so will make you more accountable to achieving them!
Here are my three priorities:
1. Choose one or more tasks to outsource. With one less housekeeping task on my plate, I’ll be able to schedule more strategy sessions and write more guest blogs.
2. Launch a marketing campaign for our white paper service. Not many people know we’re experts in writing white papers and case studies. This is an area of the business I want to grow – especially because I really enjoy this type of writing.
3. Create a great new offer for our list. It might be a freebie, or something really inexpensive, that will help our clients move their businesses forward faster. Because I can’t live life on my own terms if it doesn’t support all of you.
